Exterior Painting

Trailer Park office has asked homeowner to do some clean up tasks around her lot/trailer. They would like for the shutters to be painted as well as the deck. Homeowner states that she has been spraying for wasps that she thinks might be living in the shutters, not sure. She says that she is not certain that if the shutters come off to be painted that they will go back on, the trailer is fairly old. She bought spray paint to paint them with. I am not sure that this will be an easy task without taking them off, up to the volunteer. Thank you. JF
